New Day, New Week

I just have to share the amazing rainbows we've been experiencing this "winter." Every morning where I live here on Maui we are extremely blessed with morning rain -- morning mist -- is what I like to call it. A wonderful cleansing before the sun rises, making its way over the West Maui Mountains and shines its rays of light on the rest of the 'āina (land) extending out to the ocean.

Here are a few pictures that were all in the same day - - same morning in fact! Just right click on the image to view larger...

Incredible view to marvel at while sipping your first cup of coffee or tea or beverage of choice..

I hope you had a fabulous weekend, and that your Monday is off to a great start--and that you'll have an even better week:)

Man, that is definitely not something you see everyday (well, for most of us haha). Super pretty! :) How can you have a bad day when it starts out like that?

I just started following you and I love the pictures on this post. So beautiful. The rainbows remind me of a cheerful soft spoken old woman named Ms. Mary. She was from Hawaii and she would always tell us students to "Have a rainbow day." I enjoy reading your blog. Keep it up. And...

Have a rainbow day =]
