Speechless Sunday #4

I think I come from a long line of worriers. I worry all the time. I worry about things in and out of my control, and consciously try to always give it all to Jesus.

Let go and let God..

Here's a great song about Letting Go..

Back in July I read and wrote a review for Max Lucado's book, Fearless and I couldn't rave enough about it. I strongly recommend everyone read this book as it will apply to you in endless ways, even if you're not a worrywart.

I hope you're having a wonderful weekend!

What are some things you need to let go of?

Have you read, A Year with Eleanor? Its about perfectionism and how it cripples you from having a well experienced life. "Do one thing everyday that scares you."- Eleanor Rosevelt and the author did.

Thanks for the book recommendation Jenn! I'm putting it on my must read list now. Sometimes I'm ridden with anxiety because I worry about things so far out of my control....

Love that quote! I'm the world's biggest worrier, it's so time consuming and so unhelpful!

That quote is on my bulletin board in the laundry room. It's one of my favorites!

Yoga and acupuncture has helped me {not to mention my husband--he never worries!} I think if you work on it, you can definitely be less worrisome as you grow older. Great song & I'll check out that book!

I am a fan of Jeremy Camp, thanks for sharing the song. I try to always remind myself that worry does nothing but make me more stressed relax and trust in yourself, trust in God.

I'm a total worry wart too! I also need to let go of comparing myself to others. Mt fitness level, my diet, the size of my ass. You know, girl stuff ;)

I'm so with you! I tend to run a little high-strung and my mind is constantly going and one of my big things over the past few months is to just not worry about stuff if you don't have to, if you have no control over it, or if you don't even know if it will be an issue!
