My Wednesday

Today marks day six of this 30-day photo challenge I decided to do and includes pictures of my day.. Today flew by for me--and I got down-to-business at 7AM! Before I knew it, it was after 4PM and I had to stop what I was doing momentarily.

Most of you already know I'm quite the procrastinator. I swear it makes me more productive. What?! How did it get this bad?!

Needless to say, I've been stressing about my taxes because I haven't had time to organize my expenses and things keep popping up preventing me from tackling that monster of a task. Also? Our government is in shambles, has YET to organize their own expenses, and on the verge of filing a BK...not the best example. I'm.Just.Sayin.

One thing's for sure, I may procrastinate--but I'm responsible. This morning that was the FIRST thing I did. I went through all my accounts, and wrote everything down in date order BY HAND. Who does that anymore? I DO apparently! It was actually easier, believe it or not. I finished around 10:30AM (My expenditures are as bad as our governments I found out) and immediately moved on to work stuff, which included A LOT of time spent on photoshop and...

I thought about homework from time to time and would have loved to catch up or even get ahead, but I knew that wasn't going to be an option when it was already past 3PM and I hadn't stopped for lunch.

Where does the time go anyway? I haven't been "bored" or even had a day "drag on" in seven years, which is how long I've been self-employed. Interesting.

One of the million fabulous reasons of being back on Maui is ending your days with breathtaking sunsets, and [for me] ... my passion:

I absolutely love paddling and have to thank Nessa @ Island Style Running for introducing this awesome sport to me when we were just 11 or 12 years old. It has been part of my life ever since and I never stopped paddling until I broke my arm in 2002. Post recovery, I obsessed over the rowing machine, in my gym--especially when I lived away from the ocean. Now I look forward to every practice and my hectic world seems to silence when I'm in the boat, on the water, taking one stroke at a time. ..

Now I'm about to end my day stalking your blogs and catching up on my DVR shows while fantasizing about this Chobani Greek Yogurt I've yet to try...

All I've been hearing lately is how amazing it is. Apparently it was Nessa's lil secret for the last year or so, and Tara prefers it over any other brand! I've seen some comments from other bloggers, too, and the consensus is that it's absolutely preposterous I haven't indulged in this deliciousness yet.

I found a couple giveaways I entered and really hope I win. Check them out for your chance to win too. Lauren from Team Giles is sharing the love, but her contest ends tomorrow/today, April 7th. However the Nutrition Babes are also sharing and their giveaway doesn't end until April 30th...

Maybe Chobani would want to send me some boxes, too, so I could legitimately RAVE about their obviously amazing product!! Visit my Contact page and send me some love:)

Hoping everyone is having a fantastic week so far... Almost Friday!

Are you a procrastinator?
Have you done your taxes yet?!
What are your passions?
Have you tried Chobani Greek Yogurt?
If yes, what is your favorite flavor?

I'm not usually a procrastinator but sometimes it seems like I am because I always SERIOUSLY underestimate the amount of time it'll take to do something.

I did my taxes about a month ago and already got my return :)

Raspberry is my favorite flavor I think.

Yes, I am a procrastinator, but I'm working on it!

and Yes, I have done my taxes... have yet to send my check though LOL

hmmmmm.... passions? I miss paddling and dancing hula, I'm getting pretty obsessed with running, and I'd rather spend time with my fam than hang out at a club/bar anyday....

I like the honey flavor too! At Starbucks, where I first tried Greek Yogurt, they have a yogurt parfait with honey and granola and it is DELISH! don't know if they still have it though...

Love love love this post!

PS. apparently there is a MANGO flavor?! I have yet to find it....
