Happy Easter!

Happy Easter Friends!
What a beautiful morning here on Maui... I bet it's well into the afternoon where most of you are, and I hope you have had an amazing Easter Sunday so far.

While I enjoy my morning coffee, I find myself wondering what all of you are up to!

How do you celebrate Easter? Are you all about the Sun Rise service? Or maybe you prefer the 8 'o clock service...

He Is Risen
The Sun Rise services here on Maui are breathtaking, right on the beach, the ocean just feet away. Prior to moving to the mainland, I would go every year. I'm a little disappointed I didn't plan better, as I'm sure it would have been an even more amazing way to begin this beautiful Sunday.

Maybe you don't do the church thing, though. No judgement here. Is it all about the keiki (kids)? Do you put on or attend a huge Easter Egg Hunt?

Did you decorate Easter Eggs?
I honestly can't remember the last time I decorated Easter Eggs! Isn't that sad?! It started with a busy schedule, Easter Sunday literally sneaking up on me. Which then turned in to this lazy/it's messy/it'd be different if there were kids around excuse... But we all know you don't have to be a kid OR have kids to enjoy this awesome tradition... just look at these eggs! uhh-mazing!

Gorgeous!

Look at the detail!
Whoa!

Are those not incredible? The task itself is amazing, not to mention the creativity behind it. I always found myself questioning HOW to decorate the eggs, and was never really impressed with my creations. Oh well!

I hope you all have a beautiful day where ever you may be, who ever you may be with, and whatever you may be doing. I'm going to enjoy the rest of the morning with my parents before we all scatter to tend to responsibilities.. Unfortunately some of us have to work on this Blessed day.

Love to all, and..

Jesus is the Reason for the Season!
Happy Easter:)

Those eggs are beautiful--the handiwork is just incredible and so detailed!
About your comment on the elliptical--I do sometimes get a side pain, I think because my breathing isn't as regular as it is when I'm running. I'm not sure about the tempo about 100 thing, the ones I use have speed in miles per hour. I also get a numb foot after 30 minutes which is usually enough of a reason for me to get off!
HAPPY EASTER--I miss those beautiful Hawaiian sunrise services. Was always one of my favorite parts of Easter.

Happy Easter!! We finally went back to the church we've been members at since 1996. It's a very traditional Baptist Easter service as far as the music is concerned but our Pastor always puts a spin on the message to where it's applicable in our lives and not always what you might expect. All around great morning spent with so many people from my childhood. No egg hunting unless you count Sasha and Lucky hunting for the tennis ball in the tall grass in the field.
